852 Hz Frequency: Intuition and the Third Eye

852 Hz is one of the most widely used frequencies for intuition and third eye meditations. It comes just before 963 Hz in the Solfeggio series and often prepares the way for the most “elevated” meditations. Here’s what it means, plus a guided meditation.

852 Hz in the frequency tradition

In the Solfeggio frequencies series, 852 Hz corresponds to the note “La.” It’s associated with:

• intuition and inner vision;
• a return to spiritual order, clarity;
• the awakening of consciousness.

These associations belong to spirituality and the intention each person brings to them, not to scientifically proven effects.

852 Hz and the third eye chakra

In the chakra frequencies system, 852 Hz is linked to the third eye chakra (Ajna), located between the eyebrows. Its color is indigo. This center is associated with intuition, mental clarity and the ability to “see” beyond appearances.

Many traditions also connect this chakra to the pineal gland, a small gland in the center of the brain. 852 Hz and 963 Hz are the two frequencies most often used for so-called pineal gland activation meditations.

Third eye meditation with 852 Hz

1. Get settled sitting up with your back straight, in dim light if possible.
2. Play 852 Hz at a very low volume: it’s a fairly high-pitched frequency.
3. Breathe slowly for a few minutes with your eyes closed.
4. Bring your attention to the point between your eyebrows, without tensing your forehead.
5. Visualize an indigo light switching on there and gently expanding.
6. Ask a question that’s on your mind, then let images, sensations or words come, without trying to analyze them.
7. After 10 to 15 minutes, write down what came up in a notebook.

Remember to ground yourself at the end of the session, for example with 396 Hz or the 7.83 Hz Schumann resonance.

Listening to 852 Hz the right way

High frequencies tire the ear if the volume is too loud. Keep the sound just audible and take breaks. With a sacred frequency generator, type 8, 5, 2 then OK, and plug a speaker or earphones into the headphone jack.
