1. Scope
These terms govern sales made on sacredfrequencygenerator.com (the “Site”) by LA FORGE DIGITAL, sole proprietorship (EI) registered in France, SIRET 944 380 922 00012, VAT FR49944380922 (the “Seller”), to consumers (the “Customer”). Placing an order means accepting these terms.
2. Products
The essential features of the products are shown on their product page. Photos are as accurate as possible but are not contractual. The products are electronic devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in US dollars. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Shipping is free. The Seller may change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown when the order is placed. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
4. Orders
The Customer selects the product, enters their details, checks the summary and confirms the order with an obligation to pay. A confirmation email summarizing the order is sent. The Seller may refuse an order in case of a previous dispute or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made online by card through the secure Stripe platform. The Seller never has access to the Customer’s card details. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
Products ship from our supplier’s warehouse. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days after payment, and 30 days at most. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as the order ships. If this maximum is exceeded, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are paid by the Customer.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, by emailing contact@generateurfrequence.fr. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, within 14 days of this notice, to the address given by the Seller. Return costs are paid by the Customer. The Seller refunds all sums paid within 14 days of the request, using the same payment method, and may wait until the product or proof of its shipment is received.
8. Legal guarantees
The Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by French law. If a product is faulty or does not match its description, the Customer contacts the Seller at contact@generateurfrequence.fr with the order number and a photo of the defect. The Seller offers a repair, a replacement or, failing that, a refund.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Failing an amicable solution, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
