1. Data controller
The data controller for data collected on sacredfrequencygenerator.com is the site publisher, identified in the legal notice. Contact: contact@generateurfrequence.fr.
2. Data we collect
- Orders: first and last name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, order contents.
- Payment: card details are entered and processed directly by Stripe. We never have access to them.
- Customer account (optional): username, email, order history.
- Contact: the information you send us by email.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed (site security and operation).
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Processing, shipping and tracking your order, customer service, returns and refunds — performance of the contract.
- Keeping accounting records and invoices — legal obligation.
- Preventing fraud and securing the site — legitimate interest.
- Sending you marketing information, only if you agreed — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Recipients
Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers we need:
- Stripe (secure payment);
- our supplier and its carrier, through the DSers tool, to prepare and deliver your parcel (name, address, phone);
- Hostinger (website and email hosting).
- Google, Meta and TikTok (audience measurement and advertising, according to your cookie choice).
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some providers (in particular the supplier that ships parcels, and Stripe) may process data outside the European Union. These transfers are limited to what is strictly needed for delivery and payment and are covered by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
6. Retention
- Order data and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation).
- Customer account: until deleted, or 3 years after the last activity.
- Marketing: 3 years after the last contact.
- Technical security data: 12 months maximum.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (cart, session, account login, secure payment and fraud prevention by Stripe).
It also uses analytics and advertising cookies: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel (Facebook, Instagram) and TikTok Pixel. They measure visits and purchases and help show our offers to people likely to be interested. Visitors in Europe see a banner and these cookies are only set if they click Accept. Elsewhere they are active unless you click Decline. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, email contact@generateurfrequence.fr. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).
9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, payments are processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS certified) and access to the admin area is protected.
