Shipping
- Shipping cost: free, worldwide
- Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment
- Delivery time: 7 to 20 business days (30 days maximum)
- Tracking: tracking number sent by email as soon as your order ships
- Speaker pack: the generator and the soundbar arrive in 2 separate parcels, within the same timeframe, each with its own tracking number
Your parcel ships directly from our supplier’s warehouse, which lets us offer this price and free shipping.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply and are paid by the customer.
Returns
You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. Email us at contact@generateurfrequence.fr with your order number and we will send you the return address. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. You are refunded within 14 days, to the payment method you used.
Damaged or faulty product
Send us a photo of the product and your order number at contact@generateurfrequence.fr. We will offer a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.
Parcel not received
If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after your order, contact us: we open an investigation with the carrier and either reship the product or refund you.
