Between the Earth’s surface and the ionosphere, electrical activity in the atmosphere produces extremely low-frequency electromagnetic waves. Their fundamental frequency, measured at around 7.83 Hz, is named after the physicist Winfried Otto Schumann.

This generator emits a 7.83 Hz electromagnetic signal through its two built-in spiral coils, one on each side of the board. Plug it into a USB power source: it starts directly on 7.83 Hz and emits the signal continuously, silently, with no speaker. Many people place it near their meditation space, their desk or their bedside table.

Adjustable to any frequency

The generator starts on 7.83 Hz, the Schumann resonance. With its built-in keypad, you can also enter any other frequency between 0.01 Hz and 100,000 Hz: 432 Hz, 528 Hz, 963 Hz or any value you use in your practice. The LED display always shows the frequency being emitted.

To set a frequency, type the value and press OK. The K key is used to enter thousands (for example 1, 0, K then OK for 10,000 Hz).

Do I need a speaker?

Not for 7.83 Hz: the signal is emitted by the board’s coils. To hear audible frequencies such as 432 Hz or 528 Hz, connect a speaker or wired earphones to the 3.5 mm jack — or choose the generator + speaker pack, which includes a USB soundbar with a built-in jack cable. 7.83 Hz is far too low to be heard or reproduced by a speaker.
